Duration: 3 x 60-minute sessions + ongoing email support Purpose: Comprehensive, continuous support for families needing more hands-on coordination, guidance, and system navigation. We work collaboratively to ensure appointments, paperwork, and communication stay organized and on track.

Appointment Attendance (Virtual): $78 per session In person will require estimate that includes travel fees depending on location.
Family Meeting Coordination: $98/hr
Purpose: A full-circle partnership for complex or long-term needs. We build a trusting relationship to navigate the healthcare system step-by-step, manage transitions, and coordinate providers, paperwork, and progress over time.
